At store.onfadd.com, we accept the exchange of defective items. But we do not accept customer requests for returns or exchanges. If you receive the defectives, please contact us within 14 Days after item’s arriving. We will send you an e-mail with a return form.
We will inspect and verify the condition of the returned item once it is received. The item must meet our Conditions of Exchange (see below) in order for exchange to be processed. The return process can take up to 30 business days to complete upon receipt of the item. When we judge the returned item to be defective, we will tell you the exchange authorization number. Please fill the form below and send it from our contact form. The cost of reshipment will not be covered at our expense.
Conditions of exchange
Packages without an exchange authorization number will not be accepted for exchange. Any returns showing signs of wear, damage, or abuse will not be accepted for exchange. Items must be returned with everything that was included in the original shipment. This includes the invoice slip and product box. And please put the printed return form also. Badly packaged item returns will not be accepted. Items must be returned in the same condition they were in when originally sent from ONFAdd.
Items must be returned within 30 days after product’s arriving with the tracking number. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund or exchange. If you didn’t return the product, we can’t exchange items even if you contact us. We do not accept customer requests for returns or exchanges.
